Our Vision

Our company, having original roots in the U.S.A., and the exposure of the German experience for over a decade, knows how subtle cultural differences can impact workplace relationships and a company’s bottom line.
We know what it means to be deeply immersed in both cultures. As experts in intercultural relationships, we will work with you to reduce cultural points of friction, positively impact your work processes, and improve morale and communication.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to help you transform the culture of your organization or team by building the relationships that enable all individuals to be connected and engaged.

In today’s fast-paced world, integration into the labor market is a major challenge. This is particularly true for migrants who have good professional qualifications but do not yet have sufficient language and cultural skills. Women face particularly great difficulties, as their successful integration into the labor market is often hampered not only by moving to another country, but also by family time and the resulting gaps in their CV.

This is where we come in. We offer tailor-made courses in which the individual is not just a number in a program. Our participants are the focus of our attention. With our special approach, we not only promote language skills, but also the self-confidence of our customers and also impart the necessary know-how to be able to operate successfully on the German job market. Our focus is on area 1 – introduction to the job market – and area 4 – further education and training – where we offer targeted training in English and German.

Our mission: We want to integrate people into the labor market in the long term and help them to lead a self-determined and independent life. At the same time, we want to be an interface that brings jobseekers together with companies that regard their employees as their most important resource.

We do this through individual coaching as well as further and advanced training that takes place in a small, protected setting. We encourage self-reflection and personal responsibility in our clients so that they can achieve their goals and make independent decisions. Our employees are the basis of our mission and represent our most important values: Quality and professionalism. Participants who have already had negative experiences such as rejection and discrimination during the integration process into the labor market are thus given the opportunity to gain new self-confidence and gain positive experiences. This is particularly appreciated by our participants, who feel more secure in a predominantly female environment.

We have set the goal of successfully establishing our clients on the job market – by helping them to find a new job or bringing stability to their professional situation. Sustainability is more important to us than achieving quick results.

For us, our customers and employees come first. We treat everyone with respect and as an individual. The permanent monitoring and improvement of our mission statement is carried out annually in the management review to ensure that we always live up to our high standards.
